I was feeling nostalgic this morning and looking back at old wedding photos. I came across these from Mary and Johns wedding back in 2018 and it stopped me dead in my tracks. When I look at these photos, I am reminded of the love that these two had for each other. It makes my heart happy, but sad at the same time for the couples out there who have had to postpone their special day. Trust me when I say that no matter when it happens, it wil be magical and perfect because you are marrying your best friend.
Mary and John were high school sweethearts and had this dream of a small intimate backyard wedding with their closest friends and family. Together we created the perfect color pallet, found the quaintest venue out in Fulshur, TX (seriously it looked like a house right out of Chip and Joann’s portfolio) and achieved what they had been dreaming of since they were 15.

We loved Mary's choice of grey dress and blue shoes!

Sweet words from the bride: “Karli was my most spectacular find! She is a kind, hardworking, creative, and genuine person. After my engagement I wanted to run off and elope because planning a wedding stressed me out. But Karli helped me actualize my husband’s and my vision for a small intimate, and highly sentimentlan wedding with our family and longest/closest friends. I had already found my very untraditional venue, and she worked wonders into helping us prepare the space for an event. She helped me stick to a tight budget and made sure that the money we spent was worthwhile and added value. She helped us find vendors, she helped me craft a vision, she checked in with us appropriately and consistently, she organized the day of events flawlessly, and calmed me down immensely. We could not have done our wedding without her, and we could not recommend anyone better for your wedding. I’m going to miss having an excuse to work with her.”
